How It Works
- CAD Drawings and PE Calculations sealed for Project State in submittal form during approval period prior to beginning fabrication. Allow 4-5 weeks before submittal/approval period.
- The MDI dome system is delivered to the site, ready for bolt-up.
- Dome Kit completely assembles on the ground before erection.
- Pre-cut exterior plywood sheathing package is optional for sheathing and dry-in before erection.
- Final connection at the building frame is typically welded and called out in the PE sealed drawings and calculations.
- Lighter domes have used other means such as clear bolting or lags.
