McCarty Domes Inc. welcomes you to our web of over 20-year history, providing local jurisdictions in 25 states with successful projects. We give thanks to the A/E industry for many opportunities helping MDI grow in size.

Every dome is a one-off with integration to A/E project plans. MDI design and engineering provides specifications for CD’s and the Dome Engineer of Record structural calculations upon contract along with our Certificate of Insurance.

We fabricate and preassemble each dome prior to shipping. All welding has a certified paper trail with video documentation being available for assembly teams on the project site. Architects generally control the final finish, and on occasion, MDI will provide a pre-cut package underlayment.

McCarty Domes Inc. has perfected the dome frame on sizes up to 100 foot diameter. With a contract to delivery, plan on 4-6 months or longer, depending. MDI domes are a long-lead item in the PM planning.
